- •Payment Data via Stripe: Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your credit card numbers, bank account details, or other sensitive payment data on our servers. Stripe's privacy policy governs the collection and use of your payment information.
- •Usage Data: Information about how you interact with TerraDesk, including pages viewed, features used, session duration, device type, browser, and IP address.
- •Land Search Activity: Search queries, filter preferences, saved listings, offers submitted, and other interactions with land listings on the platform.
2How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- •Provide Services: Operate and maintain the TerraDesk marketplace, process your land searches, manage your offers, and deliver the core platform experience.
- •Process Payments: Facilitate subscription billing and transaction processing through our payment partner, Stripe.
- •Improve the Platform: Analyze usage patterns to enhance features, fix issues, and develop new capabilities that serve institutional land buyers and brokers.
- •Communicate Updates: Send you important service announcements, product updates, security alerts, and (with your consent) marketing communications about new features or offerings.
3Information Sharing
We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your data:
- •Stripe: We share necessary billing information with Stripe to process your subscription payments and manage your account. Stripe acts as our payment processor and is bound by their own privacy and security policies.
- •No Selling of Data: We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third parties for marketing or any other purpose. Your data is used solely to provide and improve the TerraDesk platform.
- •Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or governmental regulation, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
